For most orders, three to five days is comfortable. For peak times (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas) please give us at least a week, ideally two. Same-week orders are sometimes possible — give us a call or text on 0478 754 480, or send an enquiry through the site, and we’ll see what we can arrange.

We’re based in Bathurst and deliver locally. We can also arrange delivery to Lithgow, Orange, Blayney and Oberon for an additional cost. Pickup from Bathurst is also available — we’ll send you a text when your order is ready.

Delivery within Bathurst is $15. Delivery to Lithgow, Orange, Blayney or Oberon is $25. Anywhere further afield, get in touch and we’ll quote based on the distance.

Yes — we can include items you supply, or source things on your behalf (chocolates, candles, plush toys, wine). Just describe what you have in mind on the order form and we’ll come back with options.

Indoors, out of direct sun and away from extreme temperature swings, a bubble balloon typically holds its shape for 3–7 days. Foil toppers last considerably longer. See our care guide for the full rundown.

Yes — we love bulk gifting for client appreciation, staff milestones, and events. Minimum order is 10. Bulk discounts: 5% off for 10–24, 10% off for 25–49, 15% off for 50–99, and 20% off for 100+. Have a look at our corporate page, or get in touch and we’ll put a quote together.

When you submit an order, we come back to confirm the details. Payment is then arranged before delivery — usually a Stripe link or bank transfer. No charge until everything is confirmed with you.

It’s rare, but it happens. If a balloon pops on delivery or in our hands before that, we’ll replace or refund — no fuss. Just send us a message.

Almost certainly. We have three signature finishes but love a custom request. Tell us your idea — theme, colours, person — and we’ll come back with what’s possible. The more notice, the more we can do.
